I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (Amsterdam) in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn. Got an email with a link to schedule the first screening call, very pleasant conversation with the TA/ Recruiter. General questions and a few related to my PM experience were asked.
Thereafter I had to conduct an online assessment, consisting of three parts; logic, math and reading understanding.
Progressed to the second interview round and met with a Sr. Project Manager and the Team Manager (video call). This was the toughest interview of my life and I performed very poorly so unfortunately my process ended here.
Very smart people and seemed like a fun team to be part of!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions I remember them asking were:
- What do you wanna focus on in this role?
- What do you need from your manager to be successful?
- If you had a project scoped for 6 weeks, and the board took it down to 2 weeks. What would you do?
- What does people come to you for / what type of questions?
- Tell me about a time you took initiative.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three main steps: an HR interview, an interview with the Hiring Manager, and a Case Study & Presentation. The Hiring Manager interview was quite thorough, with detailed questions about past experiences. The Case Study required 4–5 days of work and was typical of standard product-related challenges.

Question 1
1. First Interview with Recruiter
2. 2nd Interview RCA Question/product Sense
The interview process was overall okay. It just took time between interviews (2 weeks), and there wasn’t too much communication. But the folks were friendly. Overall I’d say neutral experience.
