This company is very disrepectful of people's time and effort and very bad at managing expectations. HR is your entree into a company culture, and the company culture here is terrible. I was expected to take a writing test - an actual assignment for no pay. They sent me a template which didn't work. I emailed to ask about it -never got a response, Took it upon myself to create my own template and submitted it - never got a response. No answers to my questions - they told me to feel free to ask questions. No acknowledgement that they recieved the writing sample. Nothing. This is not a company you want to work for. They give lip service to how great their culture is, but in reality it's terrible. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Typical of a low quality company.

They wanted me to do a writing assignment for no pay as a test. They never accknowledged recieivng it. Whether they liked or not I could care less. Lots of clients like my writing, But to waste my time and never respond shows a lack of professionalism.
