The notification happened within a week after submission, but the entire process took more than a month. There are two interviews. The first interview will be their Producer and Head of Production that are based in Dundee. The second interview will be the Head of Production, Product Manager and Founder, which the other two are based in Singapore.
The questions asked by them are rather comprehensive and they do fully utilised the time allocated for you, which is 1hr. They asked questions not just about your skillsets, experience, but also your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and how your react towards situations. Which I can say is way far better than most of the local startups here, which the questions asked are rather shallow and don't really explore the person as a whole. Here they want to know you more in depth as a person, beyond just work. The Head of Production even informed you what is the next step of process, and what you should do if you aren't contacted. Which this is highly sought of, and most companies missed out on. Is expectation management, and forward thinking. More Singapore companies should learn from them.
