The employer found me through a career fair. He had my resume with him. I had contacted him to know if he has any internship available for summer. Then 4-5 students from my school were called for interview. Interview went really well. It was more like a lunch conversation rather than an interview. He has trying to know me how I am as a person I think

30 mins with no technical evaluation they had rejected and also never bothered to get back on the result. The person had no technical questions despite my detailed explanations. The HR keeps track of the resume to consider for other suitabile JDs
