2 in-house interviews with different managers. First I met with the managers/ directors that I would report to. On my second interview I met with members of the team that I would be joining.
Initially reached out via mail to Ben Starr and then proceeded from there.
The company really thrives on team mentality. It's not just about being qualified. There is a big focus on how you will fit in within the office.

Questions were asked about the hours that I could commit. Given the nature of the role, it is required that you work an occasional weekend, or stay late/ come in early in times of high work volume.
