The process was unnecessarily long and had very little regard for the candidates time. The process consisted of 4 interviews -- two technical via skype, one more for fit, and an office interview that lasted an entire day. The office interview was a continuation of one of the technical interview problems from the Skype rounds, wherein I was asked to come in and sit in their office for several hours and build upon a strangely structured NodeJS/Express application. Unfortunately, what was explained verbally and what was explained in the README for building the application differed, and as a result, required a complete refactor halfway through the process. Additionally, in the middle of developing, I was asked to have another interview with one of the engineers.
If you currently have a job, steer clear of this company as it is not worth calling off work for. While the company boasts about hiring the best, I can't say that I was very impressed.

Hi there,
I'm sincerely sorry you had a poor experience with our hiring process. We've taken a long hard look at our funnel, and tried to make changes based on critical - but honest - feedback such as yours. We appreciate your honesty, and hope that you might give us another opportunity to change your mind in the future.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jumpcut (Remote, OR) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview went well, they were really nice people especially the cofounder. I love the fact that they value your time by paying you for every hour you spent on the technical interview
