I applied online and a few days later received an interview request from a recruiter. We scheduled a zoom call. The interview started off strange with the recruiter telling me I applied for 2 roles at the company which I only remember applying to one. Then she immediately started asking me what it was like to work at my current employer and came off surprised or even offended in her tone of voice and comments that I would even want to leave my current employer. She continued to question me about it which made me feel quite uncomfortable for the rest of the interview and about my decision which I didn't feel she had the right to judge me for. The overall questions she asked me didn't seem like normal interview questions and I was left feeling very confused at what kind of interview I was having. I didn't feel this interviewer had a grasp on what she should ask me that would pertain to the role or how I could fit into the team. I wish it had gone better and I was not made to feel uncomfortable.
