After nearly two months of being dragged out in the interview process, and receiving high praise during my second interview, I was asked to pay out of pocket to fly out to visit Juliska's corporate headquarters. I was told this was the final interview, and more of a formality right before getting hired. I was also told the CEO would talk to me during this interview, and this was planned a week in advance.
After spending over 1600$, and flying out to the offices, I was asked generic questions about my resume, and about what I liked to do for fun. No discussion of the salary, workplace values, or anything implying that this was a final interview. The CEO also was busy when I arrived for my interview, again, while knowing a week in advance when I would arrive.
After waiting another week, I got a rejection email. Needless to say, I would never recommend interviewing here. The entire process was way too long and drawn out (2 months! With only 3 interviews!), and HR would take at minimum a week to respond to any emails. Not to mention having to spend my own money to visit the offices only to be brushed aside by the people that said they would be available, and to be asked initial-interview type questions.
