I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Julep (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2017
Interview
First round was a 45 minute phone interview with the recruiter. For the second round I was invited for an in-person interview which consisted of 4 panel style interviews back to back. The entire process took about 4 hours. I liked that I was able to meet all team members and had ample opportunity to ask them questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Julep (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Applied online. I had a phone interview just now with a recruiter. You know that bad feeling you get if your gut when an interview is going sour? Yeah, I had that right off the bat? She kept saying that we need positive people, and we're a scrappy but good company. Also , the hours for the job seemed really bad.
