I had an introductory phone call with one of the CEOs, had a very nice conversation that took a little more than the scheduled hour. Mostly informational, but also a screening call, so do be ready with your experience and some questions. After I was recommended for another interview, I met with three senior management folks. This also went well with typical interview questions and getting to know each other, and I was scheduled for a technical interview and to meet the team. The technical interview was casual and not high stress. No leetcode or live coding, just reviewing my background and making sure I actually know basics about Java. The team interview was mostly introducing everyone, and then questions from the team and from myself. Overall, great interview process and they actually hire entry level folks. Unlike other positions, they won't expect you to know everything, they just want to know you are a good fit. They can teach you technical skills, but you need to know how to learn and be a good teammate.
