I met with the Head of Marketing a few times and also the COO. I also visited the offices in New York. I did a take home project and then I presented it to the team. The process was slow. They did not respond for multiple weeks at a time during the process but then eventually I was hired. I now understand there is little to zero hiring team so most of the time people don't hear back.
