It was well structured. After I sent my CV i got contacted by their Director of People and Culture. After a very laid back interview with them, I advanced to the next rounds: one interview with a colleague and my direct superior, one with my area director and a final one with C levels. This whole process was made clear to me by their HR representative, who kept me on the loop via email. All of the interviews were honest, with no tricky questions. All of the people involved made questions about my career and knew what to ask, related to my future role.
