Interview process is good.total 4 rounds. Two technical, one managerial round and HR discussion.
Interview is very easy will ask basic question about oops concept, class, structure, algorithm and data structure.

Was contacted for a contract position by Joule - made myself available for an interview which was never confirmed with me by the recruiter - I was a bit caught off guard. I had an interview with the hiring company and never heard anything back afterwards. I emailed and called the recruiter from Joule several times (a week or so later) just for general feedback - I received no response back.

Question 1
Was asked by the hiring manager about a computer program that was not mentioned in the job description. She seemed to place more value than necessary on the program considering the position I was interviewing for didn’t really need more than passing knowledge - I am saying that from years of experience.

Interview
We (Joule) spoke by phone at first, and then the contracting company called within the hour and conducted a phone interview that went well. We spoke for about 30 minutes.
