Traditional interviewing process consisting of a sit down Q & A session with the company CEO. Mainly asking about my professional & industry experience, reasons as to why I was exploring new opportunities, what I would recommend as areas of improvement within the department etc.
It was a pleasant experience, and looked like a great, stable company to work for. Interview duration was approx. 1 hour.
