Joonko interview questions

For an organization with a mission of job placement to under represented groups, I had the worst experience being interviewed by their (white presenting) CRO Emmanuel K. He’s implicit racism (demonstrated by his micro-agressions throughout the conversation) was alarming esp for an orgnization that has a mission like this. For example, eye rolls when mentioning how hard it is for black employees to get a chance or dismissing / denying to answer any questions I asked surrounding under represented groups.
