Question 1
They asked me to describe a challenging situation I faced at work and how I handled it to achieve a positive outcome.
The Interview process was simple. I saw a job posting, applied and got a interview invitation through email, with a date, hour, address and business attire. When I arrived they made us wait outside for about 15 minutes. They did a group “interview” which was more like a presentation of the company. So here is where it gets interesting, the guy said that the interview consisted on basically 3 parts: one on one interview at the end to answer why should we hire you? And why are you here? He told us before so we could prepare lur elevator pitch, then we needed to invite 15-20 friends girl to guy ratio to a club for a Friday night, and then that next Monday they would call us to a final interview with him one on one more in depth. I did everything and completed the 15-20 friends. Mu friends spent over $400 in the club and on Monday they did not reach out, because it was October and they had said they were really busy with Halloween events I decided to wait a couple of days, still nothing so I wrote an email thanking them for their time and just to let me know the the next step. They did not have the courtesy of answering that email, even to let me know if someone else was hire. Waste of my time and money since we went out to a club we didn’t even knew existed and wouldn’t normally go to!
