There was only one interview and found out in two weeks that I got it. It was a video call with their Director of Communications. IT probably lasted 20 min and then she sent me a questionnaire to fill out and send back.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward, 2 interviews with fairly standard questions about your experience and your reasons for working there. They do really pore over your cover letter and resume so if you have any typos or write anything less than stellar or just plain dumb, they will notice and mark it up.
