Jones Energy interview questions

Jones flew me to Austin, TX twice and put me up for the entire weekend so that I could experience Austin. What a great place. The first interview to meet with people in the department and the second interview was to meet with the CEO and President. I imagine this doesn't happen at too many other companies and really impressed me. Everyone was very friendly and overall it was a very positive experience. The entire process took a little longer than I had anticipated and before i was notified, I had decided to accept a position at another company.
