30 minute phone call. Person on the other end was looking for someone to do r and d. Was very nice and asked open ended questions that could be used to interpret your thought process and way of approaching engineering challenges.

It was just a one-way interview where they give you some time to prep, and a minute or minute and a half to record your interview. You get three shots to redo your recordings.
