I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Titusville, NJ)
Interview
The first step was a call with recruiter and a set of prerecorded questions on a website. After being vetted through this, I underwent a 1:1 interview with hiring manager, panel interview with team of programmers at various levels, and received a verbal offer about a month later.

Question 1
What is an example of prioritizing activities and balancing timelines you can elaborate on from your past work experience?
Two rounds of interviews, first with team leads and second with tech leads. Both were not too stressful. They mostly asked about project experience and pharma research related concepts. It wasn't very techincal.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sept 2008
Interview
Email and phone correspondence at the initial stages. Only one interview performed in person. Two interviewers, one would become my manager, the other her manager. Not too formal, plenty of opportunities to discuss my interests and activities. Asked the typical behavioral questions, was able to provide examples from my past.
