I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jun 2015
Interview
The process was through a recruiting agency local to Ann Arbor. The recruiter did a good job preparing me and negotiating the terms up front. The onsite interview was a series of associates across various teams. The questions were open ended and tailored to my resume and background. The people were trustworthy and open and shared the values and principles of the organization. The overall experience was good and welcoming. The office is in a good location in a cool older building downtown.

Interview
I recently applied for a position with jnj medtech, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The process began with an invitation to a virtual recorded interview session, which I completed promptly. Following that, I received an email two weeks later from the Hiring Manager, informing me that I had been selected for a panel interview. I participated in two rounds of panel interviews, during which I answered 6-7 behavioral type questions.
Since then, it has been two months with no further communication from the company. Despite reaching out via follow-up emails to both the Hiring Manager and the recruiter, I have not received any response.
The lack of courtesy and communication from such a prominent brand is disappointing. It would have been appreciated to receive some form of feedback or a decision regarding my application. This experience reflects poorly on the company's recruiting process and has left me with a negative impression of their professionalism and respect for candidates.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Mumbai)
