I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2008
Interview
The Interview process was pretty standard and easy to follow. One campus interview, one phone interview, and one office visit which were more like an information session. Asks mostly behavior questions, a few from school activities and so on. Nothing too crazy

Interview
I got a hirevue interview which had 3 questions. I had infinite time to prepare and 2-3 minutes max for each question. 2 tries for each question. I still haven't received a response back

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Recorded interview with prompts that you had to answer. Once I passed that, I was emailed about a second interview with the manager and his team. Then I had a introductory interview with the manager's boss as the final interview.
I had a Hirevue virtual interview. It took about a month from when I submitted the application to when I received the email. 3 basic questions, but they were mainly behavioral.
