I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Oct 2011
Interview
A lot of technical questions regarding the product. They bought the product in front of me and asked me specific questions regarding the properties. They want your opinion on what you think is important from a consumer standpoint. I had a phone interview, a face to face interview and a 2nd interview.
I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Spring House, PA)
Interview
6 interviewers spread over a 4 days (non consecutive), 30 min each. All were personable. Some were more of a conversation than an interview. Overall positive experience, walked away from each interview (except 1) feeling good.

Interview
They were friendly and professional (they didn't bite). The good part is that the questions are directly related to the position and focus on your expertise and how it fits the role —the usual. The downside is that being a large company, the hiring process is lengthy, which can elevate stress levels between interviews.
