Frustrating experience to say the least. After applying for a position (first day posted) in March, I slowly proceeded through 4 rounds of interviews. 1.) Phone screen with recruiter 2.) Phone screen with Site Director 3.) On-site with Director of IT, Site Director & Senior Manager of HR 4.) Video interview with Vice President of Global Services. Great team but the process strung out for months. After every step, recruiters were unresponsive and distant. When completing the final interview round, no communication/feedback was received. Upon calling/emailing the recruiter, Site Director and Sr Mgr of HR, no response was received. Finally, I received a very templated and plain “no thank you” email which provided some sort of closure to the process. I had not received any communication for almost 2 months after the final interview stage. The entire process took 3-4 months to complete.
For a company that chants their Credo left and right, the candidate experience left very much to be desired. Four rounds of interviewing and preparation, including a full half day marathon interviewing session, in my opinion warrants a more human interaction. I know that the Tampa site is a new initiative for the organization, but shocked by the recruiting effort.
