I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was self-recorded and online, with a deadline of 4 days. They gave a few questions asking about your experiences and asked about times when you needed to adjust your communication style, when you had to influence someone else, and about taking a leadership role. They did not give a time limit to come up with a response, and they gave you 2 chances to record your response.

Interview
A regular phone interview with a few questions. It was nothing super special and the interviewer was clearly trying to get to know me and understand if I was a good fit.

Interview
Had one virtual interview that was just recording my answers to 5 questions. Didn't love the format and think it really isn’t a great way to get to know a candidate but that’s just my opinion. I didn’t hear anything and finally a month/6weeks later my application status changed to “no longer being considered”.
