I applied online and had a conversation on the phone. I was asked to talk a little bit about myself. However, I did not end up getting the position and was told to get more experience
short, under 30 minutes. didn't ask too many questions. seemed to lack interest. may have been due to my responses, but didn't do a good job of really getting into my experiences.
The interview atmosphere was friendly and the questions were behavioral. Seemed like they were most focused on getting to know the character of who they were potentially hiring. The interview had two interviewers.
