I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Portland, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
Application > HR phone interview > In-person interview (pre-pandemic) > Ghosted
The interviewer led me to believe I was being hired, "I know what I want to do, I just need to get approval from my manager," but that was the last I heard from them. I followed-up three times, and never received ANY response. Ghosting an interviewee is the most unprofessional thing a company can do in the hiring process. A one sentence curt response of "The position has been filled," would have been better than zero response. I took the time to prepare and come to their office. The least they could do is finalize the process with a response.

Question 1
It's been awhile so I don't remember specifics. The interview was more of a casual conversation than an ask a question, check the box interview.
