Interview was good. The person who took Interview is cool and very much understandable. They were expecting the way how would U solve a problem. Explained each and everything clearly about oops concepts. They took 2 rounds,

Interview
It started with initial discussion with hr as screening round and role fitment.
Round 1 - Technical interview with javascript coding and general question on web development.
Round 2 - TechnoManager round with in detail discussion about html, css, javascript, angular and many scenario questions wrt agile.
HR round and overall coordination from hr ( Priti Rajguru) was impressive.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Bengaluru) in Oct 2023
Interview
After resume shortlisting, interview was scheduled very quickly.
Managerial round: expectations from project and my end were discussed with my roles and responsibilities in my past projects
Technical round (in person): questions from each project described in the resume along with few interesting design and architecture based questions from their project context plus couple of code snippets were discussed
HR round: discussed about the company and my expectation. Finally details of the offer was well explained.
Throughout the process the interviewers were pleasant and discussion was to the point. HR was following-up regularly till the completion of the process.
