I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls
Interview
It came with 3 stages. First is background chat 30mins phone interview. Second is zoom with two interviewees for 1 hr, third is writing test. My rejection came in persistent phone calls that made me thought they wanted to arrange schedule for the third one. The career site still stated I’m in interview process even though i was verbally rejected via phone call

Question 1
Can you tell me an example when you have to overcome teamwork difficulty?
Thorough but friendly interview process. For me, first round was more rigorous and asked questions about what company do, technical qs, etc. Second was more chatty and repeated a couple of qs in the first so I felt more comfortable. Also included a writing episode which I was briefed on beforehand.

Friendly, a conversation more than a grilling and allowed you to show your strengths. Of course, also asked what is DITA, what is IoT, have you heard of XYZ related to tech writing
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls
Interview
The process began with a short call from a Talent Acquisition Specialist about my background. Once I cleared that hurdle, I was offered an interview with two managers on the documentation team. There were three in-person interviews in total. The second interview was followed by a writing test, which was timed. Everyone was kind and cordial.
