Overall the interview was a group one and essentially was conversational in nature. They appear to be professionals but the process was not handled appropriately or as any respectable organization would handle the process.

Two step interview process. First met with the supervisor and then met with the team I currently work with. Questions were general; your history and interests. The team explained their roles and what a day to day work life would look like.
