I was emailed by HR to come to the hospital to interview. It took about 3 hours and I interviewed with 7 different people; HR, technicians, supervisors, and the director. Everyone was very nice and explained information about the hospital and the role. The position was filled internally.

Interview
The interview process was very chill and laid back. I assumed it went really well. The supervisor showed me around and even spoke to me after the interview as if the job was already mine. sayin things like "when you start, you'll probably be a size small for your scrubs, you can send your schedule to me etc" Like I was guaranteed this position already
There are forty Preset questions. Most are redundant. Interview came after the third month of my initial application. The interviewer initially forgot about my appointment and I was asked to come back.
