Really nice interview with a kind team! Had obviously read my application materials. Interview was relatively casual, felt like a normal conversation. Only had to do one round of interviews. I was asked about my education, interest in the position, experience, and how I felt the position could best help me improve my skills.

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews: a telephone round and an in-person round. If you pass the first, you get to the second. The second round is several hours where you talk with different groups of employees, usually in groups of two.

They ask typical interview questions about strengths and weaknesses, academic and professional background, how you found JTF, etc.. They also ask some questions specific to JTF, like about the 'big questions.'
