Two online tests, situational and mathematical followed by a laid back assessment centre with 8 other applicants. Interview, Group Exercise, Written exercise, fact finding, Presentation. The whole day took 8 hours and was an enjoyable experience.

Question 1
How would you describe John Sisk to a family member or friend
I interviewed at John Sisk & Son (Saint Albans, England)
Interview
there was a group task, about a random scenario non- related to civil engineering, an individual presentation about hobbies, and a 1 to 1 light interview where I was only asked situational judgement questions, nothing more than that.
Assessment Centre was sound and really about finding out more about the students. Has been 3 years since completing however and am yet to receive a contract after being confirmed on their summer/graduate programme.
