Straightforward 1st round interview with two interviewers from the business. General discussion of experience to date, understanding of the role requirements and a number of traditional competency questions e.g. tell me about a time when you had to present a business case to senior colleagues. Second interview consisted of a case study which was given cold on the day with c. 30 minutes to complete. Business case was on the integration of a new business unit and product to the partnership and how you would undertake this. A number of additional competency and technical questions (mainly around operating models) based questions that were following a defined format which made it difficult to form a fluid conversation. Answered my questions and both interviewers were polite but very formal.
