Applied for role online to Agency, agency responded and got me in to discuss the role. Agency asked me to fill an online application form on JL's website (took forever to complete, it was very thorough). Waited two weeks for interview. Actual interview consisted of 10 minutes initial chat, then an analysis exercise (30 mins) , present analysis to interviewers, then answer competency-based questions. Total of 1 hour. Waited a few weeks before I was offered the role.
