Applied online via the John Lewis website, invited in for interview, observed group discussion with other candidates about various scenarios then a 1 on 1 interview with section manager. Also given a tour of the cafe.
Group interview, task based within small groups overseen by hiring managers. Reliant on standing out within the group interviewing to get somewhere with it, answering questions and working within your mini team

Seen on time, offered a drink of coffee while waiting
Messed up by not revising a certain area of Food Safety! Still, that's life I suppose!
