Started with a zoom call with one of the managers in the team. Fun interview, not too formal so I could gauge the personality and culture of the firm. I then went into the office for an assessment centre, which consisted of an excel exercise and another interview. Finally, the last stage was the third interview, overall the process was good. I got to understand the firm and the team in an open way, the only stage which was a bit colder was the final interview.
