Interview
First 15 minutes was regarding who I was and why I wanted to work for John Deere. The next 45 minutes was answering questions in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format. As with any interview; come prepared with knowledge on the company, products and ask questions to learn about the culture and location of work.

Interview
Had an interview with HR - this was a phone call. I next scheduled an over the phone interview with 2 managers. This took 90 minutes. The next interview lasted for 4 hours with 4 different people.
