Took around a month to hear from that after submitting my application. Very quick interview focused on past work experiences, career goals and how one feels about situations x,y,x.
My interview was over the phone, from corporate out of state. Took 3+ weeks from being offered the position to begin my onboarding and working.

Tell me about yourself! What interest you about working for the company? What relevant experience do you have? How do you handle not getting along with coworkers?
Very casual, went over each aspect to try and become comfortable as that is the usual atmosphere within the store. I found it pleasant to be able to talk about transferable skills for the job.

Interview was in person and took place in the cafe at one of the tables. There were 2 other applicants, and questions mainly revolved around checking our knowledge of the products and personalities.
