There will be 3 steps during your interview process.
1st: Quick pre-screen over the phone. Asking about your work experience, your education, your background, your interests, and your motivation. Their goal here is to actually hear your voice and see whether or not you are sociable and have strong communication skills. This job requires both skills to succeed; their ideology is that they can train anyone to do well in this job, but they need you to be at least trainable first.
2nd: An in-person meet and greet. They want you to know who they are, what they are all about, and to get to know more about you. They heavily value interpersonal skills and work ethics more than previous experience. Whether you worked in the industry or never worked a single job in your life, the purpose of this interview is for them to determine whether you are a go-getter and you will be a hard worker. They also value people who are out-going, sociable, and work well in teams since this is a sales job, requiring the ability to make good networks and relations and to work together with others.
If you are willing to work hard, money-driven, and work wells alone & in teams, you are what they are looking for. You will then be invited to the second interview.
2nd: A mock presentation. You will make a PowerPoint presentation that is 5-10 minutes and your job is to sell the company to the interviewers. They will provide instructions on what they are looking for and the skeleton of how to do it, but it is your job to add your flavour into it. You don't have to be perfect, but they are looking for someone who can get excited about something and sell their company to clients; understanding why Jobspring is different from competitors, services they offer, and how they will help other companies succeed.
Once you are done your presentation, they will do a short Q&A with you to test how well you think on your feet. However, all the questions they will ask can be answered if you followed the instructions on how to make the PowerPoint.
