interviewer was nice but also out of touch with industry trends and talked a lot about needing a "unicorn," which was a red flag for me. (easier to look for a unicorn than to accept the job is structured poorly). tbh, the poor reviews on this site abt the culture discouraged me from continuing with the process. i picked up on some read flags that showed me there was a high probablity of this being a toxic environment.

Interview
It was fairly straightforward process and without long delays between rounds or decisions. There were three rounds of interviews plus a technical assignment. Overall it was a positive experience, and HR was responsive.

Multiple interviews, with many different JFF personnel, a presentation to a large team, and an in person visit to a JFF event. Overall, a rigorous, thorough, and very professional process.
