The interview process was an initial screening assessment conducted through the Criteria Corp Online platform, a third-party evaluation tool used to assess candidates’ skills, aptitude, and suitability for the role.

Question 1
Timed Assessment link was shared (Criteria Corp). Mostly questions were of critical thinking, puzzles and combination based. Their were 40 question in 1st section and time to attempt all was 20minutes.

Interview
Three stages including recruiter screening, the final stage was task-based and in-person. Clear communication throughout and process took about three weeks from start to finish. Received an offer the day after my last interview

The entire process was well organized and transparent. The HR was very helpful with all prior questions and shortlisting process. I had 2 rounds of interviews and a verbal telephonic interview prior to the first interview.
