The interview was pretty straightforward. Had some case study questions but overall a great experience. The recruiter who works here is really easy to talk to and has a great response time!

Interview
Had a phone interview with the Senior CSM and then they brought me in where I interviewed with the same Senior CSM and the Head of Marketing. I thought the interview process was fine and pleasant, but then they kept telling me that I would hear back from the recruiter, but I never did. I reached out to the recruiter and the Senior CSM multiple times about my application with no response. Two days later, they had already hired and brought in someone. I didn't even get the automated rejection email saying that the role was already filled. They pride themselves on transparency and being honest, but they proved that not to be the case.
We're sorry that you had this experience. In the spirit of transparency, your interview experience and process was not our normal format, because the Senior Recruiter in charge of this role had taken a week off after not having a vacation in almost a year.
