The interview process started with a short online assessment containing aptitude, basic programming, and logical reasoning questions. After clearing the test, there was a technical interview where questions were asked about projects, OOPs concepts, DBMS, and basic coding problems. The interviewer was friendly and also asked about teamwork and problem-solving skills. Finally, there was a short HR round discussing availability, strengths, and career goals.
The selection process consists of four structured rounds: an initial online assessment to evaluate aptitude and skills, followed by a behavioural interview, then a group discussion round, and finally a combined HR and technical interview.
