Quick. Basic interview questions were asked. The interview was very quick. It was for a store that was in the process of opening. I already studied the menu too so I took the test right after the interview.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
