Found the position listed on Craigslist. It was just one interview and was very easy, just simple questions like how many hours are you looking for and if I know my way around the neighborhood before. I had food service experience but not sandwich making and it was not an issue. The interview is easy because working easily reveals whether it is or is not for you. They make you take the sandwich test to earn $6/hr instead of $5.

Thorough and friendly interview process, although you won't get the job if you can't give the same exact hours every single week. They did not do too much of an interview. They had the basic questions they would ask, and do a background check. As long as you pass the background check then you will get hired.
