I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (American Fork, UT) in Apr 2013
Interview
They ask you typical interview questions so it's not anything to get too nervous about. They seem all like really nice people. They are very friendly and will put you right at ease. The interview is the easy part.
The hiring team was professional, prompt, and welcoming. The process involved a practical skills test and a collaborative behavioral round. Overall, it provided an excellent, transparent view of the company culture."
When onto Indeed.com and found their hiring in the area. Submitted my Resume and interviewed within the following week. Spent about 30 minutes talking to a manager on site and was offered a job within the next 3 days.

Question 1
How does Jimmy John's advertisement reach out to you?
Standard process. Asked basic questions about experience and goals. Some of it was done online. Quick results. Seemed like a good team. Interviewer got back to me quickly. Didn’t really go into specifics.
