After a 4 month process, in which I was led to believe by the recruiter that making it to the next step means that you're basically a shoe-in, and HOURS of absolutely worthless personality exams, I was not offered a position. Was officially told that they were "going in another direction", but after talking with one of the people on the interview "committee", I was told that my answer to one of their questions relating to politics is what sank my ship. The question was "How do you handle political/social disagreements in the workplace". My reply was "That's not a problem, as I am very much in the middle, and judge every issue without Republican/Democrat glasses on." Point being: if I had sad that I loved the republican party, and the 2024 candidate, I'd have been offered the position. Not cool....but, they gave me about 7-8 boxes of different Jiffy mixes before I left....
