Never had formal interview, I just sent my resume in and was hired, DON was always too busy to talk, taught myself a lot especially on the computer, no real support system, mgmt and admin ARENT on the sam epage
Interview with HR and DON. Tour of unit and meet some staff members. Able to ask a lot of questions and see future work environment. Nice campus, very large. Only about an hour.
