I interviewed at Jetson a year ago, the recruiter was great to work with, she was enthusiastic, informative, and kept me informed the entire time. It was an HR-round, then three video interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jetson (NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial phone screening and then 45 min video call on Teams. It was pretty standard, but my least favorite part was that it felt pretty obvious in the 2nd round that they were looking for someone with more experience and it didn't feel like they were interested in me at all once that conclusion was made. This is frustrating to me because the product director could've taken one look at my resume and noticed I didn't have the years of experience he was looking for. This felt like a disconnect between the initial recruiter phone screening (who really liked my experience) and then the product director (who didn't really care about what I had to say after a few minutes of talking to me).

The interview process at Jetson was fast, professional, and so fun! They were extremely communicative, able to meet my needs, and excited about me, which made me really excited to be a part of the team.
